Our Founder
and CEO
Sani Daher brings over 25 years of leadership experience in top professional services and engineering organizations. He has a proven track record of driving multi-million-dollar growth and boosting productivity through his expertise in corporate strategic planning, P&L management, and continuous operational improvement.

Sani's approach is centered on aligning operational architecture—including internal services, LEAN processes, systems, and skillsets—with the strategic value sought by clients. Working closely with management teams, he realigns operations to deliver maximum impact and growth. His extensive industry experience spans International Trade and Development, Government Services, Non-Profit Management, Management Consulting, Renewable Energy, Engineering, Pharmaceuticals, and Medical Devices.

With a global perspective gained from working in more than 25 countries and managing teams across 60 countries, Sani easily assumes executive decision-making responsibilities and drives strategic plans that lead organizations through growth, change, and global economic challenges. He has led significant growth in his previous roles as Regional Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, where he added hundreds of millions of dollars in sales and revenue over the last 12 years.

An expert in Business Strategy, Business Process Improvement, and LEAN Management, Sani holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and both a B.S. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University.
He founded Pivot Executives to provide comprehensive executive-level expertise and executive workforce solutions to organizations, supporting their growth and operational excellence.
